Flood Prevention Consultation
Our experienced team provides personalized assessments to identify your property’s unique flood risks and recommend the most effective flood water mitigation strategies tailored to your needs.

Sump Pump and Sump Pit Basin Installation
We install and service reliable Sump Pump and Sump Pit Basin systems to efficiently remove excess water from your basement, preventing flooding and water damage. We use powerful, energy-efficient sump pumps that automatically activate when water levels rise, removing excess groundwater and discharging it away from your property through drainage pathways. Proper sizing and installation ensure optimal performance, reducing the risk of basement flooding even during severe weather.
Backwater Valve Installation
Prevent sewage and stormwater from backing up into your home with professionally installed backwater valves, a crucial component in flood prevention that protects your property’s plumbing system. A backwater valve is an essential component of a comprehensive flood prevention system, especially during heavy rains and flooding events. It acts as a one-way valve installed in your main sewer line, preventing contaminated sewage and stormwater from flowing back into your home’s plumbing system.
Weeping Tile Disconnection
We safely disconnect and reroute old or excessive weeping tile systems that may contribute to groundwater pressure, helping to reduce basement flooding risks and improve overall drainage efficiency.
Inspection & Certification for the Flood Alleviation Program “FLAP” Subsidy
Our experts conduct thorough inspections to ensure your property meets the criteria for the FLAP subsidy, guiding you through the application process and helping you maximize your benefits.
Sewer and Drain Cleaning
We ensure your sewer and drain systems are clear and functioning properly, reducing the risk of backups and overflows during heavy rains or snowmelt.
Foundation and Basement Waterproofing
Protect your home’s foundation and basement from water infiltration with proven waterproofing techniques that create a barrier against rising groundwater and surface water.

I recommend sewer man for drain repair and plumbing issues.Posted on Google Brenda Beyer Sewage was backing up into the basement at our rental property. Called the city of Vaughan and they quoted $717.55 to $1,344.70 (up to 3 hours) just to investigate if the blockage is on private or city property. The quote seemed high just to do a camera inspection, so we called Sewer-Man Plumbing and Excavations and they came out to the property and did a site inspection FOR FREE. Right away, Brian knew exactly where the blockage was, but he did a camera inspection with video recording just to show us the extent of the damaged sewer line. The video confirmed it was tree roots (from a 70 year old tree) growing into the clay sewer pipe, which allowed debris to clog up the sewer pipe. He cleared the sewer blockage temporarily and recommended a replacement sewer line, since the damage was too far gone to repair with sewer pipe lining. His excavation crew came on a Sunday (which was the only day we had available) and replaced the sewer line same day, OUTSTANDING!! The cleanup was meticulous, you couldn't even tell there was a excavation job done on the property. The excavation and sewer line replacement cost was very reasonable and they give a LIFETIME WARRANTY and it's transferrable to the next owner of the property, which increases the resell value. Very happy with the service, fantastic company, very professional.Google rating score: 5.0 of 5, based on 3 reviews
